Frank Dubert

Frank Dubert is currently working as a senior adviser in the section Technical Vocational Education and Training, Division of Economic Development and Employment, in GTZ headquarters, Germany. The GTZ is an international cooperation enterprise for sustainable development with worldwide operations. It provides viable, forward-looking solutions for political, economic, ecological and social development in a globalised world. Since January 2004 Mr. Dubert has been managing the advisory project “Crystal - Innovative solutions for action-oriented qualification” focussing on ICT-supported Vocational Education and Training.

Before joining GTZ, Mr. Dubert has worked 7 years at the Federal Institute for Labour (Bundesagentur für Arbeit) and from 1999 to 2003 for the consulting firms Andersen and Deloitte. Based on this academic background and his professional experience (degree/studies in Public Policy and Public Management, University of Constance) his consulting focus is on Controlling in Public Administration, Vocational Education and Training and eLearning and knowledge management.
