Mathy Vanbuel

Mathy Vanbuel has many years of experience in the production of educational multimedia and the development of technology solutions in the domain of education, training and culture. He has worked in the past for the Audiovisual Services of K.U. Leuven and Ecotec Research and Consulting. Currently he is managing director of ATiT, a small company in Belgium involved in the integration of appropriate technologies to support teaching and learning in projects all over the world. Besides that, he is lecturing in MultiMedia Management at KHLim. He has a particular interest in issues to do with the digital divide such as access, connectivity and media literacy. He is author of several books related to these topics. He regularly works as a consultant in the developing world to DFID and the World Bank.
