Rachel Burcin is Graduate Programs and Immigration Coordinator of the Robotics Institute, School of Computer Science, Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), USA. She is the co-director of the International Linkage Program, Institute for International Studies in Education, University of Pittsburgh, USA. Her primary research interests are issues of development, equity, and technology. She is pursing a PhD in education and development. Her passion is building bridges and communities of learning and practice.
