David Hollow

David is based at Royal Holloway, University of London and is a member of the ICT4D collective. He is conducting doctoral research concerning the evaluation of ICT for education initiatives in Africa, focusing on issues including partnership, participation and culture. He has extensive research experience across sub-Saharan Africa and has been working most recently with government, private sector and NGOs in Malawi and Ethiopia.
