Submission of Proposals
Suggestion for a tool or application you would like to demonstrate during one of the conference Demonstration Sessions held in the demonstration area.
The objective of the Demonstration Sessions is to allow conference participants to see market ready and almost market ready eLearning tools and applications in action. These can include tools that have been developed for a specific application where the developers are looking for partners and others interested in further utilisation, beta versions of applications arising from collaborative projects, innovative examples of market ready tools and applications in real environments, etc.
The format for these sessions is that those selected are invited to take part in a specific session that normally lasts about 3 hours. You are provided with a table, two chairs, as well as power access, and can use the time available to demonstrate the tool or application to those who come to visit the demonstration area during the session. You can also distribute materials related to the tool or application from this space during the time allocated to you.
Please note that those making demonstrations are expected to bring all equipment and peripherals necessary for giving the demonstration; although technical support will be available, the demonstration should be possible without any support from the conference organisers.
Contributions to the Book of Abstracts are not expected; however, a short and succinct description of the tool or application and the person giving the demonstration will be publicised prior to the conference.
