eLearning Africa 2010 convened in Lusaka, Zambia.

The Mulungushi International Conference Centre in Lusaka will be the conference venue for eLearning Africa 2010. It is located 5 kilometres east of Lusaka city centre and was named after the Mulungushi River, a symbol of Zambian identity. The centre has two conference buildings, located within an area of well-groomed lawns and surrounded by palm trees and African bush land, which is home to the resident impalas and monkeys.

The conference centre lies within easy access to Zambia’s top hotels and shopping malls, as well as a variety of other commercial facilities and services.

Boasting a capacity of more than 6000 delegates, the venue offers over 19 meeting rooms with various amenities and conveniences, including built-in interpreters' booths, high ceilings, adjustable lighting and double doors. 4478 square metres of conferencing, exhibition, banquet and special event space is laid out across the two conference buildings. Meeting rooms are conveniently located around the main halls, allowing easy access to both the new, state-of-the-art convention centre building and the old wing.
