eLearning Africa 2011 will take place at the newly built Mlimani City Conference Centre, located on Sam Nujoma Road, North of Dar es Salaam city centre. A drive from Julius Nyerere International Airport to the conference centre takes 20 to 30 minutes. It is situated next to a shopping mall, providing facilities such as fast food restaurants, a pharmacy, photography services and shops selling office equipment and electronic items.

Mlimani City Conference Centre can seat 2.000 people at once.
