Building on a highly successful workshop at eLA 2007, participants will engage in themed dialogue catalysed through presentations from recent evaluations of ICT for education programmes. The format will be interactive throughout and there will be ample chance to connect and network with colleagues from related fields. Contributions will come from Ministry of Education officials, private sector representatives and academics. Particular attention in the discussion will be given to recently utilised innovative approaches to impact evaluation (showcased through presentations from Eduvision and EuroTalk), use of qualitative methods, difficulties and opportunities of participatory evaluation, complexities of cross-cultural evaluation and critical analysis. |
