We live in a world of constant change. Technology is impacting different areas of our lives, especially in the world of education. The recent COVID-19 international pandemic crisis has confirmed that face-to-face education alone is no longer efficient to cover imperative training needs, especially in Africa. Whether in urban or rural areas, how can eLearning provide solutions for universal access to resources and knowledge for learners, capacity building, and adaptive learning for professionals, in line with the job market and business creation?
