Edward Wesakania

 I am an adjunct faculty with 12 years of teaching experience at Skagit Valley Community College in the USA. I hold MSc. in Geography and BA in Environmental Conservation from Western Washington University, an ATA in Environmental Conservation Technology, a Licensed Practical Nurse from Skagit Valley College, Diploma in Bio-Intensive Agriculture from Manor House Agricultural Centre in Kenya. I have taught Agroecology, Natural Resource Conservation, environmental sustainability, Global Issues, and Geography, worked as a Soil and Water Conservation Technician, Crane and wetland project field Technician, and community-based organization coordinator. I was one of the founding board members of the Forest Action Network in Kenya. I have participated in conferences related to environmental conservation in Kenya, Uganda, India, Tanzania, Sri Lanka, and the USA.

My hobbies are natural resource conservation, organic gardening, landscape photography, traveling, hiking, and bird watching.
