Silas Musabyirema is an educationalist believing and contributing to a transformative education. He is the Manager of Special Projects at Kepler, Rwanda. Under the Faculty, he is Project Manager of the Graduate Employment Program (GEP) in Rwanda, known as Soft Skills and Career Development (SCAD), a joint program between Kepler and Rwanda Polytechnic (RP) with the aim of boosting employability among RP Graduates. He looks forward to creating and supporting a novel view of education that transforms and prepare students to embrace "New Pathways for Employment"
Over the past 15 years, Silas served in both Teaching and Managerial roles of the Education System in Rwanda. He also served as Partnership Coordinator of Connecting Classrooms Program, a UK program coordinated by the British Council. Silas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Kigali Institute of Education, and is currently working on his thesis of Master of Education at Adventist University of Central Africa.
